Just in time to keep your Easter eggs warm, here are 3 hen egg cosies (in blue, white and red, so French hens, of course!) which I designed and made for a magazine project article for ‘Sew Quick and Simple’ published this January by MyTimeMedia. The aim was to use inexpensive and easy-to-find materials, so I used commercial felt as well as offcuts from mainly Amy Butler prints, with blanket stitch all around the edge to finish. So a different sort of project for me, but it’s always fun to work on a new challenge!
